Scope of service

ReasonGo provides AI visibility audits, citation gap analysis, structured content generation, publishing integrations and effect tracking. Audit results come from the public answers of third-party AI platforms, are for reference only, and are not a promise of search rankings.

Account and use

You are responsible for the activity under your account. Do not use the service to generate misleading content at scale, to impersonate another brand, or to work around a third-party platform's access limits.

Payment and refunds

Subscriptions bill monthly or yearly, and annual billing gets 20% off. Upgrades and downgrades prorate; fees already incurred are not refunded.

BYOK costs

The platform charges a tooling fee only. Model fees incurred through your own AI API key settle directly between you and the provider, with no markup from the platform.

Content responsibility

Generated content assets must pass human review before publishing. You are responsible for what you publish and for its compliance.

Availability and termination

With a self-hosted deployment you maintain availability yourself. You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time; we keep the right to terminate an account that violates these terms.
